Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for responding to and correcting quality issues.
• Review Process instruction and other special processes.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections at Receipt, In Process and Final Inspections for mechanical and electrical parts/assemblies.
• Measure and report various aspects of quality performance to management.
• Perform receiving, shipping and packaging inspections.
• Coordinate with Q/A on all quality issues and audits.

Physical Requirements:
• While performing these job duties, the employee is routinely required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; use fingers and hands to type or write; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Receiving experience preferred.
• Experience reading mechanical and electrical Blueprints.
• Technologically savvy with the ability to learn the FARO ARM.
• Ability to use hand measuring tools.
• Must be able to communicate well and work in a Team environment.
• 3 years’ experience as a Quality Inspector for manufactured parts.
• 3 years’ experience as a Quality Inspector for electrical assemblies.
• VT Level II NDT is a plus.
• NBPI or Nace certified is a plus.
Work Environment:
• This position is performed in a traditional manufacturing environment, with some local travel between facilities
