Who We Are

At Fairlead, we believe the greatest testimony of our products and services are when they serve our national defense in such a way that we can Bring the Warfighter Home, so that they can be reunited with the people they love and serve to protect. Our culture is one of moving with Speed and Compliance all while focusing on Customer Success.

A fairlead is a small piece of deck equipment which is used to guide and steady a line, under significant force between two objects. It redirects and focuses the applied power, in a different direction, facilitating the safe mooring of a ship. Similarly, Fairlead is a small organization accustomed to steadily applying its resources in new directions, helping our customers safely navigate new horizons.

We are a veteran-owned small business whose processes are certified to AS9100 and ISO9001. How can we help You bring the warfighter home?
