Portsmouth, VA, 16 August 2016 – Fairlead Integrated announced today that its Precision Manufacturing & Integration (FPMI) division has received a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) to provide general and precision machining and fabrication services. The five-year BPA allows NASA LaRC to procure aerospace hardware to support various missions and research and development programs. Scope of the BPA includes manufacturing build-to-print hardware, repair and rework of research and facility hardware, and the modification of aerospace and aeronautical models.
Gary Dove, General Manager of FMPI stated “we are delighted that NASA selected us. This is a new customer for FMPI and we were selected in part due to our technical capabilities to machine, very high tolerance parts and fabricate complex structures.
