Mr. Gary Dove joined the Fairlead team in 2005 and has over 25 years of experience in marine construction and outfitting. Gary served as the Program Manager and team leader of FPMI’s Integration and Outfitting business before advancing to Operations Manager and now serves as FPMI’s General Manager.
