Electrical Integrator 2nd class – Req #15054

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Construct entire electrical panels from layout to testing using electrical schematics
• Measure, cut, and install din rail, wire duct and wire
• Perform layout and mounting of electrical components; properly terminating wires as per instructions
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals (high degree of creativity and latitude required)
• Demonstrate ability to measure, cut, and install din rail, wire duct, and wire, based on information contained in a drawing
• Demonstrate ability to layout and mount electrical components, and properly terminate wires as per instructions

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

· Able to work with Planning/Engineering on drawing changes and updates


· Possess cable connector certification

· Familiar with a variety of the electrical field’s concepts, practices, and procedures

· Possess knowledge of component functionality

· Adept at troubleshooting electrical control panel problems

· Able to work and communicate effectively with other team members and company employees

Minimum Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 2 to 3 years of experience in the field or related field

Physical Demands:

While performing these job duties, the employee is routinely required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and

fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; use fingers and hands to type or write; reach with hands

and arms; talk or hear; taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance

vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift 50


Work Environment:

· This position is performed in a shipboard and industrial environment.

This position is performed in a traditional shipyard environment with local travel between facilities and project locations as required.

Occasional travel outside of the local area may also be required in support of customers, vendors, suppliers, and other team members.
Both overtime and the remote possibility for shiftwork exist.
