Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform typing, transcription, and clerical duties as required
- Interpret policies and procedures as established by superior
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are accurate
- Draft financial, statistical, narrative, and/or other reports as requested
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
- Review and process employee expense reports
- Set invoices up for payment
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Performs related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to accurately perform difficult dictation and difficult typing duties
- Proficient at Microsoft Office programs
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and follow through on assigned tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to form strong relationships and communication channels across the organization
- Must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively to customers and staff
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-5 years of clerical experience

- While performing these job duties, the employee is routinely required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; use fingers and hands to type or write; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
- This position is performed in a traditional office environment, with some local travel between facilities.
