Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Costpoint technical/functional expertise, serve as senior subject matter expert for Costpoint, Deltek Shop Floor Time, and Cognos BI.
  • Functional support for Costpoint, Deltek Shop Floor Time, and Cognos BI
  • Responsible for submitting and tracking Deltek technical and functional trouble tickets.
  • Responsible for Costpoint User maintenance.
  • Serve as the liaison between internal and external IT providers and the financial system users.
  • Leads upgrades to Costpoint functionality /system integrations through testing and troubleshooting prior to application of system changes.
  • Help train and develop financial staff and other personnel to utilize reports in Cognos Business Intelligence.
  • Assess, prepare, and maintain documentation for system and project requirements, operational needs, integration with other systems, interfaces, and workflow enhancements.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides limited end-user training as required
  • Coordinate with other members of the Business Systems staff to integrate data from Costpoint with other business supporting data sets
  • Lead and train Business systems staff in use of Costpoint and associated software suite
  • Coordinate with other members of the Business Systems staff to generate and execute a Business Systems roadmap for future improvements

Qualifications:

  • Must have 5 – 10 Years of Financial Systems Management experience.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Shop Floor Time, and Cognos BI.
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational/communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service and collaborative team environment.
  • Displays broad knowledge with strong leadership skills.
  • Experience with Costpoint Extensibility, Costpoint Procurement

Work Environment:

  • This position is performed in a traditional office environment, with local travel between facilities
