Portsmouth, VA, 6 October 2017 – Fairlead Integrated announced today that Mr. Fred Pasquine has been tapped to become President of Fairlead Integrated reporting to Chief Executive Officer, Jerry Miller. Mr. Pasquine will replace current President, Milo Hyde, who will continue to support Fairlead as Vice President, Naval Programs. Reporting to Fred will be the General Managers of the three operating divisions: Integrated Power and Controls, Precision Manufacturing and Integration, and Fairlead Boatworks.
Mr. Miller commented “Over the last four years under Milo’s leadership, Fairlead has established itself as a high value integrator of mechanical and electrical subsystems supporting major primes, integrators, and platform builders. We have developed many new customers and long term contracts and the company is positioned to grow to the next level.”
